Include the match date, teams, pitch, and the correction needed. Captains should use Enter results when it is available for their house.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version from Settings, and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Do not send passwords or private availability notes.
Email support with enough context to identify the account or match. Never include a password, service key, or sensitive pupil information.
