Infringement1.
The ball may be hooked or heeled backwards by a player within a Tightly-Formed-Bully, but it must not be played out backwards from the Tightly-Formed-Bully (see also Passing-Back, U-1).
2.
If the ball does leave the Tightly-Formed-Bully backwards, it must be returned immediately into the Tightly-Formed-Bully and not played in any other way.
3.
A Bully-player breaking with the ball at their feet must take the ball forwards or sideways.
4.
A Fly can only play the ball from a Tightly-Formed-Bully if the ball is stationary or rolling forwards when the Bully has moved beyond the ball.
Penalty: Free-kick to the non-offending team.
